St. Patrick's Day- Mint Pretzel Rolos
With spring just around the corner and St. Patrick's Day just a few days away, I wanted to share with you a easy treat that once you make it, you will not be able to stop eating them. I call these the Mint Pretzel Rolos! Here is what you will need:
Rolos ( If you can, they also sell Rolos are are already unwrapped which is a blessing in itself!)
Pretzels ( Any shape will do, I went with mini pretzels )
M&M's - Mint Flavor
I simply preheated my oven to 300 degrees, please all the pretzels on a cookie tray and place a Rolo on top. I put it in the oven for less than 3 minutes, just enough to melt the chocolate. As soon as you pull them out of the oven, you will take one of your mint M&M's and smash it down into the Rolo. Once all the M&M's have been placed on top, I placed my cookie sheet in the fridge to harden back the chocolate and viola! One addicting treat that you will be craving for more!
To bring it up a notch, I used a green cupcake liner and a clear cupcake container from Posh Box Couture. I then printed one a free St. Patrick's day printable from Dimple Prints, punched it out with my 2 inch puncher and taped it on to a green stripe paper straw. Fill up your container with your treats and cut out a little hole on the top and insert for your sign! Super easy and extra yummy. This would make a great treat for your little one's teachers or classmates.
