Easy Cheeseburger Pizza with Velveeta Cheese #VelveetaRecipes

Ok, need I say more when the title of my post has Velveeta cheese? Velveeta is like the liquid gold of life and what's not to like? During the summer days, I am always looking for a quick and easy meal to make when we are strapped for time. This easy cheeseburger pizza recipe is a sure winner and it takes no time to create.

velveeta1When you hear Velveeta , I am sure the first thing that comes to mind is dip but Velveeta is actually a very  flexible ingredient and let me show you how.

Easy Cheeseburger Pizza Ingredients 

1 lb of Ground Beef

2 lb Velveeta Loaf

1 Ready to use Baked Pizza Crust 12 inch

1 can of Rotel Dice tomatoes and Green Chilies,  drained

1 Jar of Pizza Sauce

1-2 Cups of Shredded Lettuce

velveetacollageFirst thing you will need to go is to preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Then simply brown your meat. As your meat is browning, you will need to chop your Velveeta loaf into small cubes. As your meat is close to being completely brown, add in your Velveeta cubes and have it melted into your meat  then take it off your stove top.

Next you will need to take your jar of pizza sauce and spread it all over your pre-made pizza crust. Add your cheeseburger meat on top of the sauce.  You will then take your can of  Rotel and drained it very well and add it to the top. Place your pizza into the oven and bake to the instructions on your pizza crust package. When your pizza is finish baking, top it off with your shredded lettuce and serve! Super Easy right? Serves 2-3 Velveeta loving people!
