M&M Surprise Sugar Cookie #BakingIdeas
I am not a baker although I enjoy baking. I love having the opportunity to bake goods with love and send them to my family and friends across the miles. There is something pretty special when baked goodies arrived at your doorstep. Plus, when your baking with milk chocolate M&M's, what could go wrong?
Recently during a quick grocery store trip to Walmart, I picked up a bag of my favorite, plain M&M's! I seriously can eat M&M's by the handfuls and a package of sugar cookie dough. I wanted to make some cookies and surprise one of my sweet friends to let her know how much I appreciate her.
I prepared my sugar cookie dough as directed on the package and refrigerated the dough for 2-4 hours. I then started to roll my dough into 2 inch balls. Once all my balls were formed, I made a indentation in the middle and put my M&M's in the middle and re-rolled my dough back into the ball. This will give you a yummy milk chocolate surprise when you get to the middle of your cookie!
Once you have all your balls filled with milk chocolate M&M's, you will make your cookies at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Once they are finish, let them cool. If you break the cookie in half, you will see the surprise of the M&M's in the middle.
