Easy Sausage + Spinach Quiche

Quiche is easily one of my favorite dishes. I normally make a quiche on Sunday night and then I eat it for breakfast throughout the week plus it is so easy to make. 

Easy Sausage + Spinach Quiche

8 whole eggs

1 pound of sausage, cooked and drained 

1 cup of shredded cheese (I used a Mexican Blend) 

1-2 cups of roughly chopped spinach 

1/2 cup of milk or you can also use half and half 

1 pillsbury frozen pie crust 

salt + pepper 

Mix all the items above and pour into your frozen pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is fully cooked. Let your quiche cool down a bit before slicing.
