This past weekend I was in Ft. Worth for a team leaders retreat with my Beautycounter team and I definitely left on a high note after an amazing two days with my Counter life team. It’s actually funny because I always get a little nervous before trips like this and each and every time I am reminded on why I decided to join Beautycounter and it’s because of the amazing community within this business. Sure, we have amazing products but the women within our team are the true reason why I love what I do. This business was built on what we can do for others and I love the work we are doing as it is truly impacting our world for the better plus it doesn’t hurt to have the coolest women in your circle cheering you on.
