This past weekend, I attended a Tulsa Influencer Event at Barre 3 + Blo Blow Dry Bar hosted by my friend Carissa of CC and Mike Creative. I have never taken a class at Barre 3 and I was excited to give the class a try and let me tell you, it was a good WORKOUT and I think I may still be sore from it which is always a good sign that I was hopefully doing it right. I wasn't sure what to expect going in and but I really enjoyed the class.
