Hey Thuy + Black Sheep Summer Collection Preview

Happy Friday friends! We are about a week away from the Hey Thuy + Black Sheep Summer Collection launch and I am so excited to share several of the pieces in this collection with you today and give you a preview with all the sizing details. As I mentioned before, when I was picking out items and curating this collection, I want to make sure that the styles were very true to me, the sizing was as accurate as possible as I know sometimes boutique clothing can run smaller so I wanted to make sure this collection had a variety of sizes to give everyone an opportunity to shop so some items will go all the way up to extra large and some items will just run a little bit bigger so you may have to size down and I shared more details about the collection launch in a previous post and you can read it HERE. Now, let’s get onto the collection!!

Stars Tee:

This tee was a MUST when I was picking out items for this collection and I am so happy with it. It is a great quality and I love the color and light distressing plus we all know stars are very popular right now and I know this will be a best seller for sure. This tee is a slightly thicker material and runs a little bit big so I did size down to a medium.

Navy Jumpsuit:

Everyone needs a good jumpsuit and this navy one is the perfect for summer! It is super soft, comfortable and very flattering on all body types. This jumpsuit has a wider leg bottom and fits very true to size. I am wearing this jumpsuit in a size large.

Spotty Dot Dress:

I knew I would love this dress the moment I saw it and it definitely did not disappointment! I love the material of this dress and it is seriously very flattering on. This is a great dress for any occasion and it fits true to size and I am wearing it in a size large.

Black Maxi Dress:

It would not be a Summer Collection without a simple black maxi dress and I love this one! This is a simple black maxi that can be worn SO many different ways and it lightweight and perfect for summer and can also be used as a swim cover as well. This maxi does run oversized so I am wearing it in a size small.

Stripe Sleeveless Maxi in Pink and Blue:

I also wanted to include a sleeveless maxi in this collection as I live in mine all summer long and I couldn’t be more happy with these two pink and blue stripe maxi’s. They are super soft, comfortable and has pockets! They also run oversized so I am wearing a size small in both of these maxi dresses.

Leopard Ruffle Shorts:

You guys know my love for leopard so there are a few leopard pieces in the collection and these Leopard Ruffles Shorts are SO cute and comfortable! I was surprised how great the length is on these shorts and I feel like they can be dressed up or down and they fit very true to size and I am wearing them in a size large.

Leopard Tank Top + Black Paper Bag Waisted Shorts:

These two pieces are some of my favorites of the collection and I know you will love them too! The leopard tank is a ribbed material and pairs great with these black paper bag waisted shorts. The leopard tank is very giving in size and I would suggest sizing down. I am wearing the leopard tank in a size small.

The black paper bag waisted shorts are so on trend and such a great piece you can easily dress up or down. I think it will be a great staple for anyone and fits true to size and I am wearing them in a size large.

Cropped Floral Tank:

I knew I wanted a fun floral tank and I love the colors on this fun floral tank. It has adjustable straps and it is slightly cropped. I think it looks great with the paper bag waisted shorts or even high waisted denim shorts too. This tank fits true to size and I am wearing a size large.

Nude Tank Top:

You guys know I love a good neutral top and this tank is such a great one! it is great for summer and shorts now and I can totally see myself wearing this on into the fall with a cozy cardigan too! The buttons are non functioning and the sizing is generous so you might want to size down. I can do a small or medium but I am wearing a small in this picture.

Orange and Blue Stripe Ruffle Tank:

Yet again, another favorite and I love this tank top so much! It’s a great color, the buttons are functional and I love the ruffle detail. I am wearing a medium in this picture but I can also easily wear a large too! Such a great tank to wear with shorts or jeans!

Stripe Twist Top:

I love, love this top and it is seriously so easy to wear! I love a good button up look but without the hassle and this one is perfect! You can put it on and you are set to go! I love the twist front detail and 3/4 quarter sleeves. It looks great paired with jean shorts or you can pair the with jeans in the fall with a cardigan when the weather gets cooler. This top fits true to size and I am wearing it in a size large.

Yellow Stripe Shirt Dress:

This yellow stripe shirt dress is so cute and perfect for summer! When I saw this particular dress, I knew I had to have it in the collection and I even love it more on! It is a great length and can easily be dressed up or down or even worn to work. The dress fits true to size and I am wearing it in a size medium.
