Erin Condren Planner Launch Plus a Giveaway!

Happy Thursday friends! Today's blog post is fun one and I am so excited to share my new Erin Condren Planner with you and help celebrate the launch of the 2018-2019 Life Planner and their adorable theme which is Woven Wonder! If you been following me for awhile then you know I am total old school and will always use a paper planner. The Life Planner was actually my first custom planner I ever ordered and it was definitely worth every penny! I loved that planner and I actually still have it to this day and look back at it from time to time.

Love Welcome Serve : Cook the Book with Amy Hannon

This past Friday a few girls from our Cookbook Club and I headed to Springdale, Arkansas to Amy Hannon's Cook the Book workshop where we got to be in her home and get to watch her demo and eat some of the recipes from her new cookbook, Love Welcome Serve. Amy and I have been "Instagram" friends for awhile now and I was so thrilled to finally get to meet Amy in person and she is just as sweet as she is online and the true definition of hospitality.

Hey Thuy: Sunday Routine

I am a total creature of habit and thrive off of organization and routine. I often get asked how I am able to do everything I do on top of working a full time job and I really owe a lot of that to being consistent with my Sunday routine. It makes our week seem to run so much smoother and when we don't have chaos, I am a much happier mama which is a plus for all involved! But don't think for a second that I don't fail every SINGLE day and that beyond what you see on my blog or Instagram, my life isn't just as messy as anyone else and giving myself a lot of grace is the only way I am able to keep going.

I had the pleasure to co-host a Tulsa Blogger Brunch with West Elm Tulsa and then I hosted a fun shopping event with Athleta Tulsa. I love having an opportunity to hang out with other local bloggers to network and chat about what is happening with everyone and brainstorm fun ideas for collaborations with each other.

Easy Mini Pancake Bites

On Sundays, I normally do my meal prep for the week and this weekend, I decided to do a little pancake hack using my muffin pans to make mini pancake bites for the boys for a quick and easy breakfast before school. I have a recipe I like to make from scratch which I will share at the very bottom of this post or you could easily use a box mix as well. One of my favorite box mixes is actually the Market Pantry brand from Target. It is so good and always comes out super fluffy.
