Over the weekend, I had a few hours to myself to get some errands and a little shopping done and it was glorious friends! As mamas, we are always so busy taking care of others that we often leave little time to take care of ourselves and one of my goals for 2018 is to focus more on self-care and being more consistent with my workout regiment.

It's a Anthropologie hack from their famous volcano candle and because I use this combo so often, I actually combine all the oils needed and added them into a 2oz dropper bottle for easy diffusing and then I wouldn't have to have all the oils out or on hand.
Read MoreThis past weekend, I attended a Tulsa Influencer Event at Barre 3 + Blo Blow Dry Bar hosted by my friend Carissa of CC and Mike Creative. I have never taken a class at Barre 3 and I was excited to give the class a try and let me tell you, it was a good WORKOUT and I think I may still be sore from it which is always a good sign that I was hopefully doing it right. I wasn't sure what to expect going in and but I really enjoyed the class.

One of my favorite things to say is Readers are leaders and I firmly believe that this is true.
